BIOTIC CONDITIONS

Rodents abundance evaluation:

Breeding conditions:

Rodents had low numbers, Snowy Owls did not breed, Skuas migrated to the west, numbers of Arctic Foxes and buzzards were low, their reproduction poor. Grey Plovers were absent, decreased Little Stints, increased Dunlins, Temmink's Stints, Ruffs, and Red-necked Phalarope. Breeding success of waders was not higher than average.
